Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under the supervision of skilled workers.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time and according to project specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the project duration.
- Assist in the installation of structures, fixtures, and other components as directed by supervisors.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Coordinate with procurement and project management teams to transition successful bids into active projects and support early-stage planning.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks performed.
- Familiarity with safety practices in construction environments is a plus.
